Micro Nano Processing
Micro nano machining is a special ultra fine machining technology that is applicable to various materials due to the strong nonlinear interaction between ultra short pulse light with extremely high transient power and matter. For transparent media, three-dimensional structures can be prepared inside. Its uniqueness lies in the ability to process special materials, achieve special structures, and possess specific optical, electrical, mechanical, and other properties.
The Shenglei Hercules femtosecond series lasers have the characteristics of high power, high repetition rate, and narrow pulse width, and can be used in photolithography, etching, and other processes to achieve micro - or even nano level processing accuracy.
